GDPR and Redaction
As a government organization, there is an obligation to transparency. Citizens and institutions can request information about decision-making and there is an obligation to deliver within a reasonable time. In the Netherlands, this is a WOO Process. Redact like a pro

Is everything final? Then the pieces are merged and generated in a publication pdf where the redaction is irreversible.
