You can purchase IBM license support from us, whereby Novadoc takes care of the implementation. This means that Novadoc reports any problems with the platform to IBM, and takes care of the communication about this, including receiving the upgrade or bug fix. Would you also like help with the installation, management and incident management of this? Then we can offer you an SLA.
All our consultants undergo regular training to keep their knowledge of the various product modules up-to-date. This allows us to meet IBM's strict knowledge requirements. Our professionals also follow separate certification programs to remain IBM's premium support partner. This allows us to execute your support contracts at the highest level.
The latest versions of the software are licensed under the so-called Virtual Processor Core (VPC) model. For this, it is mandatory to report the use of the software with ILMT every quarter and to keep it. Novadoc is happy to help set this up.
