Novadoc ECM is the IBM Business Partner for Enterprise Content Management and IBM Business Automation and the largest specialist in the Benelux. Novadoc provides services on IBM's unique products and focuses only on those products.
Novadoc is looking for enthusiastic and driven colleagues for its teams in Development, Solution Design and Technical Consultancy & Support. We want to expand the current teams with colleagues who show interest in and experience with ECM and BPM. The demand for ECM/BPM solutions among our customers is high and there is a growing need for our services.

The BAW Consultant is responsible for one or more customer projects. You act for our customers as
architect, solution designer, consultant, project manager or program manager and interim manager. The aim of the position is to make a good translation between customer wishes, technology and realization. You are also able to manage teams from the customer and Novadoc.

implement their projects. As a consultant you help your customers with the implementation of BAW or the migration to BAW.

A completed HBO or WO education

5 or more years of relevant work experience as an IBM ECM (FileNet), IBM BPM or IBM BAW Consultant

Dutch-speaking, very good communication skills in Dutch and English, oral and written.

As a Technical Consultant / system engineer you have knowledge and experience in the field of ECM and IBM FileNet P8, Case Management, BAW, BPM and/or Datacap. Your responsibilities are in the following areas:

Provide second-line helpdesk support for Novadoc customers and partners

Carrying out problem research and analysis
-
Perform remote or on-site installations/upgrades/migrations

Advising customers and colleagues on technical/substantive ECM issues

Maintaining/expanding your (technical) skills
You carry out the work at the customer location or from the Novadoc office. You can work independently as well as in a team and have good communication skills (oral and written). You work with an eye for detail and are able to find creative solutions to problems.

The ECM Consultant develops and implements projects and assists colleagues in this. You also have an active attitude towards noticing new opportunities for the organization, both on a commercial level (opportunities with existing and new customers) and on a personnel level (possible new colleagues).
The ECM Consultant supports the management with his/her experience and knowledge. You report to the Managing Consultant.
