Novadoc is looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented office manager who enjoys organizing work efficiently and also knows how to create a warm atmosphere. Are you the organizational talent who can find their way in a dynamic, internationally oriented, and growing company in Utrecht?

As the linchpin of our organization, you ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes — and you do so with pleasure and energy.

 

2 What are you going to do?
As an Office Manager, you are an indispensable link in our work process. You perform both administrative and organizational tasks and are the pillar of support for the management and executive team. You work independently as well as as part of a team and possess strong communication skills, including in an international context.
Your responsibilities:

  • Daily routine: purchasing, tenant affairs, contact with suppliers and external relations, and above all: an atmospheric and pleasant office.

  • Planning & organizing internal and external meetings, anniversaries, events, outings, and the organizational agenda

  • Internal and external communication: newsletters, employee handbook and social media

  • Management of internal processes related to safety and employability (RI&E, Emergency Response, etc.)

  • HR activities (e.g. onboarding and recruitment)

 

3 What do we ask?
Job requirements:

  • A completed MBO or HBO education

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience as an office manager or in a similar position

  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (oral & written)

  • Good team player who also functions excellently independently

  • Affinity with social media
