Novadoc ECM is the IBM Business Partner for Enterprise Content Management and IBM Business Automation and the largest specialist in the Benelux. Novadoc provides services on the unique products of IBM and also focuses solely on those products.

Novadoc is looking for enthusiastic and driven colleagues for its teams in Development, Solution Design and Technical Consultancy & Support. We want to expand the current teams with colleagues who show interest in and have experience with ECM and BPM. The demand for ECM/BPM solutions from our customers is high and there is a growing need for our services.

Technical Consultant

As a Technical Consultant, you have knowledge and experience in ECM and IBM FileNet P8, Case Management, BAW, BPM, and/or Datacap. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing second-line helpdesk support for Novadoc customers and partners

Conducting problem investigations and analyses

Performing installations/upgrades/migrations remotely or on-site

Advising customers and colleagues on technical/substantive ECM issues

Maintaining/expanding your (technical) skills

You will carry out your work at customer locations or from the Novadoc office. You are able to work both independently and as part of a team and have good communication skills (verbal and written). You work with an eye for detail and are able to find creative solutions to problems.

Job requirements

Completed, relevant bachelor's or master's degree or demonstrable bachelor's level of working and thinking, together with at least 5 years of relevant work experience

Good communication skills
Proactive attitude
Substantive (technical) knowledge of ECM required, knowledge of IBM FileNet and related IBM products such as BAW, Content Manager, Content Navigator, etc. ECM is an advantage
Knowledge of containerization (preferably Red Hat OpenShift) is an advantage

Good command of Dutch or willingness to learn it
Good command of English

Technical job requirements:

Knowledge of (Windows/Linux) server operating systems

Experience with Web Application Servers (IBM WebSphere)

Knowledge of databases (MSSQL, Oracle, DB2)

As an (experienced) ECM/DBA Consultant, you are responsible for one or more projects at clients. You act for our clients as an architect, solution designer, or advisor. The goal of the position is to make a good translation between client requirements, technology, and realization. In addition, you are able to (co-)manage a project team or lead an internal "competence center".

The ECM Consultant develops and implements projects and assists colleagues in this. You also have an active attitude towards noticing new opportunities for the organization, both on the commercial side (opportunities with existing and new customers) and on the personnel side (potential new colleagues).

The ECM Consultant supports the management with his/her experience and knowledge. You report to the Managing Consultant.

Watsonx AI Consultant

Do you enjoy working with AI, with the most advanced Business AI platform: Watsonx? As a Watsonx Consultant, you have knowledge and experience in the field of AI and GenAI and you find it interesting to devise and develop applications for organizations with the high-end Watsonx platform from IBM. Your responsibilities are in the following area:

Advising clients on possibilities and applications of AI for their organization/department/use case
Develop a use case together with the customer and build a solution with a Watsonx Assistant

Developing PoCs and MVP for the customer together with IBM

Remote or on-site integration of your AI solution

Training the models with customer data
Advising on the use of different LLMs and their advantages and disadvantages

IBM BAW Consultant

The BAW Consultant is responsible for one or more projects at clients. You act for our clients as an architect, solution designer, advisor, project manager or program manager and interim manager. The goal of the function is to make a good translation between client requirements, technology and realization. In doing so, you are able to manage teams of the client and of Novadoc.

The BAW Consultant demonstrates his seniority by assisting and coaching employees in developing and implementing their projects. As a consultant, you help your customers with the implementation of BAW, develop an application in BAW or lead the migration to BAW. The BAW Consultant reports to management.
