This year, Novadoc will start again with a class of Trainees who we will prepare for the great profession of IBM Business Automation consultant or developer.

Have you just graduated and would you like to quickly deepen your knowledge and experience in the field of Automation? This wonderful field has various solutions for the digital transition of organizations. 

Collaborating on digital documents, smart storage, content management, search functions with AI, workflows, Robotic Process Automation, Watson AI, business process management, are all components of IBM with which Novadoc helps its customers in the digital revolution. This can be a cloud solution, or internally at the customer.

During the traineeship you will learn to use all kinds of high-end tools from IBM, which you will then use to take your customer a step further in their 'digital journey'. Add real value to your customer during the execution of a project and experience how organizations can work digitally faster and more pleasantly with the help of the IBM Cloudpak for Business Automation.

Do you have:

• a completed HBO/WO education (IT related)

• experience with Java / Java Script / Python programming

• enthusiasm for puzzling with code and building technical solutions

• pleasure to advise based on your expertise, also at customer location

• Willingness to become an independent professional within the Digital Business Automation market through a traineeship?

Then you can start working at Novadoc as a trainee! You will complete a training program within our organization under the guidance of experienced consultants and developers. You soon start working for clients, because "learning by doing" is educational and fun. Based on your skills, we decide together in which team (technical support, development, consultancy) you will perform best.

What does our field of work IBM Business Automation mean? In short: Novadoc advises and supports large organizations in the BeNeLux in managing unstructured information and processes. We develop and implement solutions for this. The profession continues to develop enormously, so if you become an expert in this, there is always a challenge for you!
